UTM Play is media player software. We do not provide, host or sell channels, movies, series or playlists. We respect copyright and act on takedown requests.

- UTM Play does not host, sell or recommend channels, movies, series or playlists. Each user adds the source they subscribed to.
- Misuse is not tolerated
- Piracy breaches our terms. Users are responsible for what they play and where they show it; in businesses, only with licensed content.
- Notices are acted on
- Notices from rights holders and authorities are reviewed and lead to the device involved being blocked in the app.

We do not sell playlists, channels or any content. UTM Play is only a media player; users are responsible for the content they add and for how they use the app. We are not responsible for misuse, including unauthorized professional/commercial use.
UTM Play does not host, stream, sell or recommend playlists, channels, movies or series. Every playlist played in the app is added by the user, from a provider of their own choice.
Only use the app with content you have the right to access. Showing content in a business (bar, hotel, gym, clinic) requires content licensed for public display; without the rights holders’ permission, it is prohibited and the sole responsibility of whoever does it.
A paid activation unlocks the player on that TV. It does not include any playlist, channel or content.
Report abuse or a rights violation
Send the notice with the device MAC or the content address, the protected work and your contact details.
Terms of use
Thank you for using UTM Play. Before using our services, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By accessing and using this website or the application, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that any use inconsistent with the criteria described is the sole responsibility of the user.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, activating a device or using UTM Play in any way, you declare that you have read, understood and fully agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Nature of the Service
The UTM Play application is exclusively a media player. We are not content providers. We do not transmit, host, store or make available any kind of IPTV list, TV channel, movie, series or other audiovisual material. Our system only provides the technical platform for users to play M3U lists that they themselves own or obtain from legitimate sources, under their sole responsibility.
3. Use of the Service and User Responsibility
The user is entirely responsible for the lists they use. By using the service, you agree to:
- Own or lawfully obtain the playlists you wish to use;
- Ensure that you have the rights or legal authorization to play the content accessed through your lists;
- Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction;
- Use the application lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
4. Per-Device License
We grant the user a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the application on the licensed device (Smart TV, TV box, phone, computer or other compatible device). Each license is tied to one device and to an access period. Reverse engineering, redistribution or use of the license outside the contracted terms is prohibited.
5. Payments and Credits
Resellers purchase credits to activate and renew device licenses. Credits are consumed according to the available plans and are non-refundable after activation. It is the reseller's responsibility to ensure that their customers use the application in compliance with the law. Prices and plans may change at any time.
6. Privacy
We collect only the data necessary to operate the service (device identifiers, licensing data and technical logs). We do not monitor or store the content of the lists played by the user. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
The website and the application are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee quality, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility, security or accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage. There is no guarantee that the functionality will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may revise these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the service after the changes constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
